BOSCH PowerStar AE115 Tankless Water Heater
BOSCH PowerStar AE115 is an ideal whole house electric tankless water heater with a capability to serve one major application in regions where ground water temperature is above 60°F. In areas where ground water temperature is below 60°F, the AE115 is a perfect as a point of use water heater.
- It supplies hot water of up to 2.6 gallons per minute at 45°F temperature rise.
- It has 90% efficiency.
- It has a 0.90 energy factor.
- It is equipped with powerful and wfficient heating elements.
- The activation rate is 0.6 gallon per minute.
- The flow sensor provides a constant temperature adjustment by automatically adjusting the number of heating elements based on the set temperature and the volume of water discharged.
- It is provided with thermal cut-out for safety. In any case the temperature of any of the heater modules gets too high, the cut-out will cut the power to that heater module.
- Temperature/pressure relief valve is not necessary (check local codes).
- The temperature control knob allows the desired output temperature to be set between 95°F and 131°F.
- It is electric powered, thus, no venting.
